: HOW CAN I VIEW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: Go to the My Account page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
A: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours, and once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Q: I’M NEED A ROPE  THAT’S OUT OF STOCK OR YOU DON'T HAVE LISTED! WHAT CAN I DO?
A: Our stock changes quickly but we can get most lines and sizes of Samson and New England Ropes even if it is not listed.  Contact Us
 
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Q: DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES?
A: For most orders we do not. But we have made exceptions for large orders. For these orders please  Call Us
  
Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
A: Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Q: WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info@onlineropes.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.
