Dyneema Rope

Dyneema® is a strong as steel fiber developed by DSM in the Netherlands a few decades ago. Other companies also make a similar polyethylene (UHMWPE, UHMW) strong low weight fiber. Dyneema® revolutionized the rope industry allowing rope companies like Samson and New England ropes to design rope that was lighter, stronger and floats on the water. Perfect lines for sailing boats of all sizes.

Originally only used in expensive racing lines prices have dropped to the point where polyethylene (UHMWPE, UHMW) lines are available at competitive prices for all sailboats. We offer the best of these high-tech super strong lines here.
